Job Responsibilities/Set Skills Requirement · This position requires competence individual who is exceptionally well experienced professional who will be responsible for the overall performance of the company. You will be in charged in achieving overall satisfactory service performance and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements with the Company policies and procedures · Increase management’s effectiveness by training, coaching, counseling and disciplining managers, communicating values, strategies and objectives, assigning accountabilities, planning, monitoring and appraising job results · Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities and recommending objectives · Builds Company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees · Enforcing ethical business practices · Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards · Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed · Analyze and monitor Company profitability · Develop short and long term goal for all departments · Monitor daily operations and recommend improved courses of action to problems encountered
